HMAS Cerberus Open Day

HMAS Cerberus will open its doors to the public to showcase the base and its capabilities. 

• Navy technical training displays 
• Navy small boats and seamanship displays 
• Navy recruit school displays 
• Navy Band concerts and displays 
• ADF Careers presentations and information
• Survival at sea training centre demonstration
• Ship damage control demonstrations 
• Navy, Army and Air Force interactive displays 
• ADF Cadets information and displays 
• Vintage war plane flyovers 
• Military aircraft displays 
• Australian Maritime College displays 
• Defence Force School of Signals displays 
• Kids bounce castles and face painting

and much more to see. 

Conditions of entry: 

• No alcohol.  
• Flat, enclosed shoes must be worn at all times.  
• Bag searches will be conducted upon entry.  
• No pets allowed. 
• Visitors are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.
• Remember to bring sun protection and water. 
• All wharf areas are wheelchair accessible, despite best efforts, ship tours require steep ascents and descents are not suitable for wheelchairs or mobility impairments.
