Supported by the Royal Australian Navy, the Australian Navy Cadets (ANC) is a leading provider of youth development, open to young Australians between the ages of 13 and 18 of all genders and abilities.
With a focus on the maritime domain, cadets participate in numerous exciting and rewarding activities, on both land and the water, with the key objectives of building self-confidence and developing teamwork and leadership skills.

ANC is a diverse organisation that provides challenging opportunities in a safe manner that also encourages fun and friendship.
Integral to the cadet program are the ANC adult volunteers who lead, manage, motivate and train the cadets. ANC adult volunteers are drawn from the community, are enthusiastic and friendly and have a keen interest in positively developing and shaping the youth of Australia. With training available for adult volunteers, this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for people who wish to support and develop Navy cadets.
