Those who have served since the Vietnam war, and who require copies of their service records, should write with proof of their identity, to the Staff Officer Navy Records at the address below. Relations of those who have served since the Vietnam war should also write, submiting proof of their Next-of-Kin relationship, to the Staff Officer Navy Records.
